Every year around this time, I start noticing the same pattern.
More showing requests.

That’s the spring real estate market, and in Central Florida it tends to wake up earlier than many people expect.
Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been out showing homes across Clermont, Winter Garden, and Orlando, and the activity is definitely picking up. Buyers who spent the winter “watching the market” are now starting to make moves.
